There will be a hunt all over the grid and lots of designers joined forces again. *AE* will hand out two red sticks with free contents. One with some Kanji tattoos and one with a Glow In The Dark dress, wich comes with a normal skirt and a Glow In The Dark one. Wear it during midnight and dance away………………………………

Just a short post, I took some shots of the whole of Cape Fever Island using the new windlight enabled viewer. I think they look raher good, I had all the graphics settings set to maximum. I could barely move but the look was worth it. First shot is from behind *AE* store but the others are from in front of the beach huts. I experimented with some of the custom light settings too as you will see.
Continuing our tour of Cape Fever, lets head around the back of the island towards the rental beach huts. As you can see from the picture below we have many huts layed out across a really nice stretch of beach and believe it or not they are only 100 L$ a week to rent, they come furnished with a bed and seating for the veranda. An absolute bargain I am sure you will agree. The little blue building in the foreground is a shop where you can buy some accessories like photos, beach towels etc.
Moving in closer you can see an interior view into one of the huts, for such a low price they are quite generous in size and you can see some of the free furniture included. This one has some additional things in but the bed and the sun lounger are included in all huts.
We also have a communal area in the middle of the beach where you can just hang out, chat, cuddle with your loved one or just sit back and enjoy the views.
When you arrive at Cape Fever through the standard teleport point you will land in the corner of our new plaza. To the right will be the new *AE* Store and in front and to the left of you is the town square complete with stylish shops and our beautiful new romantic dance floor. Below is a long shot of the whole Plaza.
This is taken from just in front of the dance floor which is out of the frame. You can see some of the shop fronts, the main square and*AE* store far to the right. We only have a few store fronts and some of these are still available for rent, although we expect them to get snapped up very quickly.
The next two shots show our main square complete with our lady of the cape mermaid statue, looking thoughfully out to the sea.
If you keep going to the left you will come across our romantic dance floor, this area is surrounded by water and accesible from a marble bridge. We’ve tried to make this as romantic as possible and there are many loving couple dances as well as kissing and cuddling poses. Set your client to Midnight and spend the evening with your loved one dancing under the stars with the sea gently splashing around you.
Finally just beyond the dance floor, we have a few more shops and the clock tower.

Well we’ve been very busy recently at Cape Fever, we decided that the club wasn’t really working out for the time being so we’ve been remodelling a lot of the island. Some of the things we’ve done include introducing some very nice and affordable bech huts for rent as well as log cabins. We’ve also created a new town square in a very New England style the square features some shop space which we are looking to rent out to some high quality businesses.
Finally we decided to take the opportunity to expand the floorspace considerably of *AE* Fashion and also created a new building in the same New England style. We’re really happy with the results, we think it suits the surroundings perfectly and gives us plenty of room to display all of AEster’s wonderful creations. We hope from the pictures below that you will agree.

This weeks Flair feels a bit like I am a gypsy girl. After the V-Day hunt wich was a total blast. I have a Flair released. In addition to all my loyal guest at Cape Fever i have some shawls set as a freebie at the store. These freebies won’t be there all teh time and after monday they will be still there but for sale. With this dress you can absolutely go and have a view at one of the great places on the Cape Fever Sim. thes pictures are taken at the Cave Fever. I think I am ill. I think i got bad WinterBlues. I don’t want to get out of bed. Wished i was a bear who chooses a comfy wintersleep and wakes up when the fun on mother earth returns. That been said and whined enough I got out a new release:

Feeling awfull and mistreated she went over to Hotel Sacher, yes the one of the famous cake to eat away her sorrows. As she cut the cake the cherry rolled on the floor, she craweled after it, just in front of some shoes it ended it’s journey. As she slowly moved her eyes up; a smiling face appeared. He took her by the arm.
Vienna comes with a blackflowered sparkling top. Waving Latino skirt and matching stockings. As a freebie I added garters and undies.

Past weekend there was a big V-Day Hunt all over the grid. This event was mainly organised by Tigerlily Koi (Calla), Eolande Elvehjem (Accesories by Eolande). Of course they had help from many others and all designers who joined did their best to make it a succes.

I hope everybody who searched all along the grid had a great time. I know I had. Your kindness was amazing and some reactions where great. The best of all was that I didn’t got one griefer, not one bad word, nothing, zero, zip, nada.
I am sure we will organise this again, although I don’t know if Lily and Eolande will be sure of that too. So everybody who missed this great event can join it next time and have great goodies from great designers.

Sorry couldn’t resist, this is not a post about old Duran Duran songs but the name of our latest release at *AE*. Rio consists of a sparkling sleeveless high cut top with star design and diamonds, shorts style undies and a translucent, delicate lace multicoloured Latino style skirt.
Rio is available in Blue, Grey, Purple, Pink and Yellow and has modify and transfer permissions.
It’s available now at our main store in Cape Fever, or on SL Exchange and Shop On Rez.
This week I had my very first private wedding photo shoot, it was for the owner of the wonderful Love Bugg club. I have fond memories of the Love Bugg, as it was on of the first places I danced in at SL. So I was very touched when she IM’d me and asked me to be her official photographer.
I am still in the process of filtering through the photos as I took almost 200! So I really hope now that she will be happy with what I’ve done. If she gives me permission I will post a few here and/or in my flickr album.
